Who is the best Italian wedding planner?

Be the best Italian wedding planner!

This is what I keep on telling myself in the back of my head. Be the one who couples are looking for, and vendors are happy to work with. That kind of person who can be as bright as a button in a crowd. And at the same time as keen as mustard in a one-to-one conversation, or for the long haul you are working on the wedding planning.

Be the best person you can ever be. The one you can dream of because you know you can be. Whatever result. Difficulties are probably there along the way because you can prove to yourself and to them that you made it. At this point, I realize that being the best Italian wedding planner does not have to do with my online reputation or my yearly turnover as I found out at my expenses.

A priceless sensation

It is a priceless sensation that stays with me whenever I choose to do things the best way I can do. Never think you have hit the glass ceiling just because you don’t see any room for growth here and there. An Italian event planner has really a lot on her plate and every event, situation, and couple can be the chance to have a learning curve.

Every cloud has a silver lining!

After a thought shower, the point of being the best is no longer the plan. I want to be the person I am proud of. Proud as the best wedding planner can be! The one who scales up and lives everything with a heart and a half. So if you are still looking for the best Italian wedding planner for your exclusive wedding in Italy, you probably have not heard of me yet. An Autumn Wedding in Lucca

Set against the timeless beauty of the Tuscan countryside, the elegant autumn wedding of Anna Brigid & Harrison in Lucca brought together 100 guests from the United States for an unforgettable celebration at a magnificent private villa. Planned and designed as a complete destination wedding in Tuscany, the entire experience was conceived around the richness of the season, with a sophisticated palette inspired by autumn foliage, pomegranates, warm burgundy and muted blush tones. The day began with an intimate religious ceremony in a beautiful nearby church, with guests transported to and from the villa by private transfer, before continuing into an extraordinary celebration surrounded by the unmistakable atmosphere of Lucca and the Tuscan landscape.

An Autumn Tablescape Inspired by Tuscany

The reception was designed as a refined yet exuberant expression of autumn in Tuscany. At the heart of the long imperial table, a lush and abundant floral runner brought together seasonal flowers, fruit, foliage, grapes and pomegranates, creating an organic composition that felt as though it had grown naturally from the garden itself. The luxury wedding table setting was layered with textured taupe chargers, crisp white linen, elegant silver cutlery and amber-toned glasses that caught the golden autumn light. Each place setting was personalised with beautifully calligraphed stationery and a small pomegranate, chosen as a distinctive wedding place card and a symbol of abundance, prosperity and good fortune. Woven chairs added a relaxed Tuscan elegance, balancing the sophisticated details with the rustic character of the villa.

From Elegant Dinner to an Unforgettable Tuscan Night

But elegance was only the beginning. As evening fell, the celebration transformed into an unforgettable party, with an irresistible live band keeping the dance floor alive, spectacular wedding fireworks lighting up the Tuscan night and an unexpected guest taking centre stage: an Elvis impersonator who turned the reception into a wonderfully theatrical moment. From the religious ceremony and guest logistics to the bespoke floral design, stationery, tablescape, entertainment and final celebration, this was a true full-planning destination wedding in Tuscany, created from beginning to end for Anna Bridget and Harrison. A wedding where the romance of an Italian autumn met the energy of an American celebration, all framed by the timeless beauty of a private villa near Lucca.
