Not just a wedding with Fran!

We recently had our dream wedding/elopement in Italy and it was the most magical experience thanks to the beautiful help we had from our wedding planner Fran. Trying to plan an Italian wedding from Southern California is no easy task, but thanks to Fran we did not have to worry about a single detail other than showing up and enjoying the beautiful experience.

Her organization skills, attention to detail and passion for her work is beyond anything I have ever seen. In addition, she served as our officiant for the ceremony and the level of attention, customization, and love she put into every little word and detail made it beyond special.

If you want to truly create an experience (not just a wedding), then Fran is the person to use. She is truly one of a kind and we are so very thankful to have found her!

We are from California and planned the whole wedding without being able to physically see anything. Fran made us feel comfortable and confident that she would help us make our special day as we dreamed it would be. We could not have been happier. Our day was more perfect than we could have imagined. All details were perfect.

The recommended caterer was amazing. The DJ was also spot on. We had the wedding of our dreams and have the best memories. Fran was attentive and personal, I felt like I was giggling with a friend I’ve known forever. Our memories will always be of this fairytale wedding filled with love and emotion; coordinated by the perfect wedding planner.

Our wedding plans changed last minute due to torrential rain but Fran helped us get as close to our vision as possible and was amazing on the big day itself. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Multilingual ceremony

We asked Fran to speak at our wedding which had to be held in three languages Italian, German and English due to our multinational guests. Fran was very helpful from the start and did an amazing job, as she managed to bridge the three languages perfectly and kept all of our guests entertained throughout the wedding ceremony.

She’s a very helpful and sweet person and so very kind, and assisted us every step of the way! We would highly recommend her for weddings especially those which include more than one language.

Fran is a wonderful, energetic speaker and created an awesome storyline and speech for our symbolic ceremony. The perfect ratio between fun parts, romantic items and our personal contributions left us with a wonderful memory of the ceremony! We booked Fran at short notice as a wedding speaker for our free wedding in Italy. The first contact via video conference was very heartfelt and it quickly became clear to us that Fran was the right person. Fran moderated the wedding very nicely and spoke great. Her speech was authentic and heartfelt – the guests and we were thrilled.

We are the luckiest couple in the world to have been able to work with Fran while planning the most perfect wedding week in Tuscany. Living in New York, Fran assisted us with everything from our venue selection to every vendor we used throughout the week.

Not only did she make our wedding day the most memorable for us and our guests, but she assisted with an entire week of activities – going above and beyond what we had originally planned. Whenever a conflict or stressful situation arose, Fran was able to find an even better solution and was so calm and reassuring.

On our wedding day, we were battling some rain showers, and she was able to work with all of the vendors so that we could still have our events outside, just as we had dreamt. Looking back, there is not one thing I would have changed and that is because of the effort, passion and dedication Fran had when planning every detail.

I’ve finally found a free moment where I can reflect on the weekend and all of the hard work you and the team put in to make our special day so special!

Thank you so very much for being so understanding, so on-the-ball and so forgiving after all this time! It took a lot for us to get our Tuscan dream wedding over the line over the past three years and you have been an absolute rock and a huge help to us, especially when things were tough at the beginning of this year.

Whilst we couldn’t control the weather(!), you managed to control everything else perfectly and I’ve had so many wonderful comments about our dinner inside of the dance hall. I think it was a perfect ‘Plan B’. In a weird way, I will miss our late night panicky emails but I am delighted that we finally managed to see out our dream and that I can now move forward and concentrate on my young family. Wishing you a wonderful wedding season and an enjoyable summer with your own family.

Francesca is one of a kind!

Where to begin! After speaking and emailing with many wedding planners, I was fortunate enough to find Framile. My fiancé and I had a dream to elope in Tuscany, but we only had one month to plan. Every planner we spoke to was overwhelmed with the task of putting a wedding together on such short notice. Fran was the complete opposite!

From our first correspondence, she was eager, excited, and passionate right from the start. Fran started to put amazing ideas together, ones I never thought possible. Any suggestion or desire I had, she perfectly matched or superseded what I hoped for! On the day of the wedding, it felt like a dream that Fran made into reality.

Everything flowed together perfectly. Fran was by my side the entire day and coordinated every single moment. We had the most unforgettable experience that will be remembered for the rest of our lives. Beyond planning our perfect wedding, Fran is also an amazing person who is genuine, full of life, creative, thoughtful, and humble, even though she has so many talents!

Fran delivered!

Fran is an absolute angel! So our scenario was this is a destination wedding in Siena, Italy and the bride has never been to Europe (groom, yes). We had over a year to plan the event, but we were working hard to have sufficient funds for the trip and the event and so never had time to see/taste/listen to any of the choices she gave us for pretty much anything we needed to decide on.

We placed our faith in her giving us options to decide from that were reputable and worthwhile. She sensed our needs and also our hesitations, so she made suggestions and presented them in a manner where she exhausted all other means and explained why we would do it this way instead of the other without being pushy either.

In the end, we received rave reviews about catering, the women loved the floral arrangements, all the guests really loved the folk trio that serenaded us all day, our cake, AND WE REALLY HAD OUR FAIRYTALE WEDDING! within reasonable allocated funds!

Unsere Hochzeit ist nun einen Monat her und wir hatten unsere perfekte Traumhochzeit in Florenz und Francesca hat sogar unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Von Anfang an war Francesca sehr zuverlässig, sie antwortet sehr schnell und hat unsere Wünsche aufgenommen und uns wunderschöne Vorschläge für Locations unterbreitet.

Francesca ist super sympathisch, bestens organisiert und geht auf alle Anforderungen perfekt ein. Sie ist bestens vernetzt mit verlässlichen und professionellen Zulieferern, die alles möglich machen. Sie hat wirklich an alles gedacht und hat sich für jeden Wunsch eingesetzt und für sich einen Mehraufwand in Kauf genommen.

Sie hat das Budget kontrolliert und mit dem Action Plan uns durch das gesamte Hochzeitsjahr geführt. Unsere Gäste waren mega begeistert und es war für alle ein Erlebnis. Francesca ist wirklich ein Engel und mit dem Herzen dabei und wir würden alles genauso wieder machen.

Our dreams came true!

Fran was always responsive, knew instantly what type of venue and vision we had for our wedding and found us the perfect place that was organic in nature, historic and beautiful. She answered any and all questions (and I had a LOT!) professionally and promptly. I can’t tell you how much joy it brought to see Fran in person when she arrived. She radiates confidence and happiness and I knew we were in good hands for the day.

She orchestrated everything that day and we had the most beautiful Italian wedding. Our vision was accomplished. Everything was perfect. This whole time Fran was invisibly moving around making everything happen when it was supposed to so that we were working with the setting sun for dinner and photos. It all worked out perfectly.

Fran was very open and uncomplicated to our proposals. At the wedding she performed as expected and the wedding couple and the audience enjoyed listening to her. We would really recommend her to other couples.

Unforgettable ceremony

We are from Belgium and married in Piemonte so due to Covid we had to do all communications by video chat with Francesca. All expectations were met without any hiccup.

Francesca is a warm, kind, bubbly personality and combined with her professional approach she made our ceremony something really special and unforgettable for us and the guests. We would recommend her to everybody without a doubt, she is just great!

Fighting the tears in my eyes

In a first e-mail we were asked some relatively generic questions, this obviously served to classify us. In the second step, we’ve had a video call with Fran, where we got a first impression of a great woman. We were immediately captivated by her Italian charm and it was immediately clear that someone here does not do a job, someone was called to do it.

Few days later we got a draft for our speech and the found were as fitting as if they had been written by a long-time friend. This kind of empathy is not often encountered. On the day of the days when I was allowed to lead my bride to our beach, our guests and Fran were waiting for us. She held our speech with an angelic voice, involved our companion (a Spanish herding dog) not only with words, but also with gestures, so that he sat down directly with her during the speech.

A woman in love, said Fran and there is no better way to describe her. Our wishes were not fulfilled, they were exceeded. The speech was held in fluent German.
