Dear Bride & Groom,
I am Fran, a destination wedding planner based in Florence organizing weddings all over Italy for customers worldwide. I started in the event industry in 2008 dealing with corporate, private events, and concerts. In 2015 I fully committed to destination wedding planning in Italy since I am an incurable romantic and a passionate idealist, in love with love ever since.
Music is my other passion and when I think of every wedding, it is like a whole brand-new song to play together, six-handed.
Oh, and I love to tell stories! For this reason I could not miss the chance to be your storyteller and become myself a wedding celebrant every now and then. This is where my name Framille comes from. “Fra” is how my friends and family call me and in Italian it also means among while “mille” means thousand. So Framille is YOU choosing each other among thousands of people and choosing “ME” among thousands of options.
The word “coincidence” comes from Latin and means “occupation of the SAME SPACE”, your space as a couple, and ours as three people believing in the SAME DREAM. It’s an honor to use my language skills and crazy Italian creativity to fill in that SPACE with inspiration and make your wedding the one you would choose all over again.
Why Fran?
I don’t believe in weddings that look like someone else’s.
Personal involvement is at the heart of what I do. You work directly with me, supported by one or more assistants when needed – always based on the actual needs of your wedding, never simply because it’s the standard way of working.
I bring deep local knowledge of Florence, Tuscany and Italy, along with a trusted network of suppliers, an extensive knowledge of wedding venues, and, perhaps most importantly, a slight obsession with logistics and details.
Creative problem-solving isn’t something I save for when things go wrong – it’s part of the job. Unexpected situations are simply part of live events, no matter how carefully everything has been planned. What matters is knowing how to handle them calmly, quickly and creatively, without letting them affect the experience you’re there to enjoy.
Because behind every beautiful wedding is a lot of thoughtful planning, countless moving parts, and someone making sure you never have to worry about them.
